As the messaging strategist and copy lead for this new multi-brand e-marketplace, I played a key role on a lean launch team. Not only was I responsible for establishing a fresh-yet-approachable, fun-but-authoritative verbal tone in-sync with the visual tone, but I also assisted the creative team and marketing VP with the site’s content strategy and UX decision-making while driving the email marketing plan for automated Prelaunch, Welcome and Purchase series.
